Create account with no mobile phone

I have an E-mail account at Zoho and and need to create a second E-mail account with a separate inbox.  From reading the forum I understand that this second account must be created as a new account at Zoho, as if I did not already have an account.  I am not able to create this new account.

The page for creating a new account https://www.zoho.com/mail/ requires a mobile phone number, and I do not have a mobile phone or any way to receive text messages on my home telephone.
  • Is there some way to use my existing E-mail account at Zoho to verify that I am legitimate?
  • Is it impossible for me to create a new account?  If it is possible, how can I create the account?
I tried submitting the contact form for help on the web site and I tried sending a message to support at zohomail dot com with information about the specific account that I am not able to verify.  Both of these were ignored.
