Hello everyone!
Imagine this: You are traveling this weekend but have to finish and deliver a presentation on Monday. Even if the network you're using is not stable or if there isn't any network at all, you can still finish your slide deck on time.
With Zoho Show, you can now create, view, edit, and play a presentation offline as long as you are signed in to the app. The presentations accessed and created are device-specific and can be synced to your account as soon as your device is connected to the internet.
Access presentations offline
Enable offline set up to access your five most recent presentations offline. You can also make any individual presentation available offline. You can only view or play a presentation that's created offline, to edit it you'll have to create a copy of it.
Create presentations offline
You can create a presentation offline. The gallery—templates, themes, and slide designs—are available to help create presentations. While the whitepaper theme is available as a default, you will have to download the required presentation template, slide design, or theme to work on it offline. However, you will not be able to access add-ons or upload media files to your slides without an internet connection.
Disable offline mode
Disabling offline mode will completely remove all the resources needed for Show to work offline. You cannot access Show if there is no network connection. Only after enabling the offline setup again will you be able to create and access presentations offline.
You can also choose to revoke offline access of presentations and remove the offline data at any given time.
