Create and Map Fields Easily During Data Migration!
While migrating data from other CRM systems into Zoho CRM, you may have faced this particular difficulty of having to create certain fields manually before migration. The reason is that Zoho CRM does not always have all the fields that different users may require.
But you can now heave a sigh of relief, as these efforts are no longer necessary!
Our latest update ensures that Zoho CRM identifies fields that are not mapped but available in your import file during the migration. You get an easy option to create those fields in Zoho CRM to import all the important details into your Zoho CRM account. You can change the name of the fields, if required and also choose not to create a particular field.
