Currently, I have set up a workflow in our Zoho CRM account to automatically create tasks whenever an email is received. This workflow is functioning as expected and successfully generates tasks for each incoming email. However, I have encountered an issue with the task information not containing essential details from the email, such as the subject of the email.
The lack of email-related information in the generated tasks hinders our ability to effectively prioritize and manage our tasks. Having the email subject and perhaps other relevant information attached to the tasks would significantly improve our workflow process.
I kindly request guidance on how to modify our workflow settings or if there are any additional steps we need to take to ensure that the automatic tasks created by the workflow include essential email details.
