Create automatics call via workflow rules

Create automatics call via workflow rules

Hi everyone,
I'm new with Zoho one and I would like to ask if there is a way to create an automatic call based on a rule.
for example, every time the call status is modified to "no answer" I want Zoho to create a new call and let the sales rep choose the relevant time for the future call. 
in the workflow options, I don't see an option to create a call, only task, etc, as below:


could someone please advise on the best practice to do that?
