New to Zoho and testing it out to see if this could be the tool for my team. 

I want a Task/Activity to automatically remind me of Contacts birthdays, and other important anniversaries. How is this possible? I tried to use the Automation Workflow (Tasks), but it doesn't seem to work. See attachment to see how I set it up. I would like for the Birthday reminder to show on my Home Page under Open Tasks.
