Create contact and deal in Zoho CRM from Creator form

Create contact and deal in Zoho CRM from Creator form

How can I create a contact and a deal when a Zoho Creator Form is submitted (lets say at the same time)?
Is it possible when a contact and deal are created then to be also associated somehow?
I mean when the created Deal will be automatically associated with the particular Contact.

In zoho forms there is a way with the related lists but what about creator?
