When I go to an Account page, halfway down there is contacts, but it will not let me create a contact for the account.

If you click "New Contact" from the Accounts page, it will create the contact if you look for it under the Cont5acts Tab, but the Account still shows no contact. Immediately after you create the new contact, it redirects back to the account page, and a red arrow appears for a few seconds next to the Contact Section.

Any idea what that means and how to fix it?
