Create custom button which replicates the Mail Merge button

Hi

Our CRM users go to a Deal's record>More>Mail Merge to create a Contract. This works well. 



However, can we have a custom button called "Send Contract" which appears at the top of a Deal's record? The functionality should be exactly the same as if they clicked on the Mail Merge.
