I am trying to create what I perceive to be a simple report, showing which contacts have been emailed by my sales team over a certain time period. My requirements:

Create a report which shows all emails sent in the past month by a particular account owner across all existing accounts in Zoho CRM.

- Emails sent in the past month

- Emails sent to any contact in any account, old and new

- Accounts and/or contacts to be filtered by account owner

- View email subject, sent date, and which account and/or contact it was sent to

I have tried multiple configurations of this in the report builder and I just can't seem to make it work. The emails in question are sent by Gmail and connected to Zoho CRM using IMAP. I have used the Email Analytics report, which is accurate as far as I can tell, but it doesn't provide the detail I need. I need to know who has been emailed and when, not just how many emails have been sent.

When attempting to create a report with the relevant filters, it either shows no data at all, or it filters the emails sent in the past month to contacts/accounts that were also created in the past month, which is not what I'm looking for. I've been told this could be because I'm trying to report on emails pulled in via IMAP, but then why would it show some emails that were also pulled in via IMAP and not others? Is this to do with how I am trying to build the report, or with our users' email configuration?
