We use Zoho in different departments in my company, and sharing the "Custom fields" created in the Project Standard Layoutl is very confusing since we do different activities and we create different custom fields. 

We purchased the Zoho Project Enterprise package because of my company size, and now it feels to me that Zoho is not yet designed for a big size company. 

It would be nice if the Zoho Design Team can work on this feature so each department can have their own custom Layout and Fields at the project level..
