Create dynamic rich text field labels based on form answers

Hello fellow form builders,   

A great form-filling experience is so smooth that it feels effortless to the form filler, which means it's also likely to result in more form conversions. To help you with this we are making field labeling better!

The enhancement we're rolling out is an additional setting to personalize the naming of form fields. This means you'll be able to incorporate form answers into the field labels as you name them.

To break it down to you, here are a few examples:
  • Hi Richard, please enter your email address
  • Choose an elective course besides Economics.  
You can see it in action when the form reaches the respondents. As the user finishes answering the form fields one by one, the answers are reflected in the upcoming field labels. This way, field labels change dynamically based on what the filler answers.















This setup is already available for forms, and you can configure it while naming your fields by clicking the Rich Text link under the field properties. Check out the detailed setup directions here.



In the Edit Field Label pop-up, get access to the form fields from clicking the icon and adding them accordingly as you phrase the field label. Note that you can add up to three form fields during this process.
