We have a custom module to capture the specifications for a RFQ to be sent to our vendors.

THe module collects a lot of data mostly in check box form.  This data is then used to tell vendor the specs for the tool they bid on.

Is there or what is the best way to create an e-mail from a module record with this data "already completed" to send the to vendors to bid the RFQ?
