Create entry in Custom Module when creating Deal & Populate Lookup fields

I have a custom Module titled "Agreements" which is CustomModule10

Whenever I create a Deal I want an Agreements module entry created and pre populated with information from the Deal.

3 Lookup Fields are in CustomModule10
