Create exportable Excel list using notes keyword search?

Trying to pull a list that includes everyone with a certain keyword contained in the notes field, to include their name, company name, and email address, and export into Excel (Experimented with Zoho, searched guides/help as well as forums - seems to be limited to 10 results and can't customize to include contact name and company name to show in the results fields as they are not options. Even attempted reports since they can pull more data lines and couldn't find where to pull from notes here/not sure if you can).
What's the best way do this?
