Create labels into a lookup field options
Dear All,
I would like to ask you if there is any trick or tip of how can I create a lookup field like the filters dropdown (with labels inside the options).
For your information, I do not want the lookup to have the functionality of the filters dropdown. Just only if I can create labels like that!
In my example the Year and Version are the 'labels'.
Is it possible to do something like that with CSS (maybe?) in the lookup fields?
