We want to create a document and use insert fields from the CRM, however we can't choose that option, see screenshot.

We can not find any comprehensive area within support on a document that clearly shows how to do this.

How do we pull these fields from zoho crm to populate the document?

PS. There is no Zoho Writer forum so I am posting this to Zoho CRM.
