Create list of Customers suggestions

We have some software products and our customers are all the time making one or more suggestions to improve our software products.

These customers, as well some other potential customers (other Accounts), most of the times, give the same suggestions.

So we would like to create a list of suggestions and then, for each account, pick one or more of the suggestion�s list created.

One way would be to use the �Cases� and it would be just fine! But in that way we must write the suggestions over and over again instead of creating it once and then picking it for each customer.

I�ve noticed that looking to the �Account Details", the Products module is the only one we can add with the button �add products� and then pick existing products. In fact this module would fit for the suggestions� but we are already using it�

The perfect pick would be the �CASES�� If only we could �ADD CASES� to an Account� It would be perfect� Would it be possible to add same cases to an account? Do you think it could be done in the future?
