As a requirement of my privacy policy, I need to build a web page where users can manually unsubscribe by entering their contact information and managing their subscription preferences.

All the tutorials I see only work if the user clicks the unsubscribe link from within an email that was sent by the Zoho system. This does not suite my needs.

I need something similar to this which is hosted on a web page and accessible/functional through direct url access.
