Sales reps often face the challenge of manually entering client information collected from events and conferences, whether it comes from business cards, registration forms, or sign-up sheets. This process is time-consuming and error-prone. Zia’s bulk image import feature streamlines this workflow so you can import images directly into Zoho CRM and create multiple records at once.

What it does

With bulk image import, you can create records without manual intervention by uploading a zip file containing multiple images. Zia automatically extracts data from each image and maps it to the appropriate fields. Zia supports both general and subform fields. Before Zia finalizes the records, you can test the field prompt extraction in the sample testing area, adjust the data mapping, and choose approval-based entries to ensure accuracy.

Bulk image import works with the Field Prompt extraction type, so Zia extracts the fields you choose directly from each image, without any manual intervention or training.



If Zia cannot extract a value for a mandatory field from an image, it skips that record and does not create it. You can always find skipped records in the import history.

Notes
Note: Zia includes all mandatory fields by default, and you cannot remove them. If a mandatory field value is not present in the image or Zia cannot extract it, Zia skips that record.
