New user, we were wondering if it was possible to create Product "Subcategories", instead of creating "Product files" for each of what we do?

Examples : a shoes seller selling Nike Air.

Is is possible to create a Category "Nike Air", whith sub categories Size 9, Size 10, Size 11 ?

The purpose is to make it easy when we create "Proposals", so we only need to click once on "Nike Air" and select the versions ordered (instead of adding : NIke Air 9, Nike Air 10, Nike Air, etc.).
