Create Project Automatically??

I'm a new user and I've been tasked with creating automated workflows. I have Z-One and am using Projects to make my task lists. Here's what I need:

Someone completes a webform on site (either using our native Zoho forms, or Gravity Forms on site) and it creates a new project based on their First & Last Name, and then triggers the "INTAKE" milestone, including all the associated tasks and subtasks.

This way, my intake department can see their dashboard update with new projects (clients) and the associated tasks needed to "package" the client for the next step in our process.

Because we receive 30 intakes per day, I need it to be automated so I don't have to create everything from scratch each time.

Is this possible?  Is there a service or recommended person/company that can write such a process for me?
