Is it possible to create a CRM report for the number of times a contact has opened the email campaign?
I know it is possible to sort by who has opened, but we are looking specifically at how many times they have opened each campaign.
This information is provided under the 'campaign history' section on the contact page, and has provided us with useful information. But currently the information on how many times they have opened the campaign email is only available when clicking through to each individual contact page. If we could create a report to list the number of times each contact openeded the email that would be great.
I know the data is there and available, its just how to present this in a report which i am unsure of.
