Create Users - don't recieve emails with passwords

Create Users - don't recieve emails with passwords

We have just started using ZOHO CRM and it looks good. However, I have added 2 employees through the admin (users). They never received the activation/password email. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Without their passwords, they have no way of logging into ZOHO CRM and thus this is useless to us.
