Create Workflow rule using data from multiple modules

Hi I need to create a work flow rule that uses data from 2 modules. Contacts and accounts. 

I need to automate an email from a filed that is in the contacts module but it needs to send to an address that is recoreded in the accounts section. 

Can anyone help with this
