Created new group mail but it automatically deleted one existing user account

Created new group mail but it automatically deleted one existing user account


Today i have created a new zoho Group mail and added 2 existing members.


Made group access level as Group Members and then changed to public.

Send a test mail to the group mail.

But one of the group member was automatically deleted from user account. I couldnt find this user in the email accounts list.


Then i have the same email account but old mails were not present. I have now deleted this new account i created.

I want to restore all emails and contact details.

Please help us fix this issue and restore emails.
