Creating a completed task when an email is received

Hi,

I'm a zoho novice, only started using it yesterday.

I'm trying to figure out how to automatically create a completed task in a Lead/Account module once an email is logged using the outlook plugin.

i.e. Sales person sends an email from outlook, sends to Zoho, email gets attached to the Lead record and what I would like is that a task is created/completed with the subject Email Sent.

Is this possible and if so could someone point me in the right direction,
