Appreciate your help. Let me present my problem at this point. We want to enable a dialog box whenever the stage within the Deals module is changed to Closed Lost (which has 3 variations).

In that case, we would like to create a pop-up dialog box with a request to fill out two other fields within the deal module related to Stage. For example, Reason picklist and Multi-Line Description field. Is that even possible of doing right now? I'm finding some possible solutions but all of them are requiring some type of writing a code. I'm even fine with that just need some small point of guidance.

Totaly aware of creating workflow rule which will trigger the function. 

Is it possible?
