We have a list of employees, that are responsible to follow up on emails received from the campaign

The Email would come from a web form, into Leads in ZOHO

We would want the incoming email from the webpage to be checked against the list:

If Email address  is not found on the list(table) then  the lead would be assigned to XX person's email

else if lead email address is found on the list, the lead info would be sent to the appropriate person associated to the email on the list  

Anyone can help to see if this is possible?
