Creating a multi line quote template using HTML

Not sure which forum this belongs to so perhaps i can post here and some one can point in the right direction.

I am trying to create a template similar to the default quote template but im having issues with picking up multi line quotes as in the default quote template you can put multiple products in then generate the quote (export to PDF) which generates a multi line quote which lists out the products. Im wondering if some one can point out the code used to enable me to do this in the new template i have created because when i do a multi line quote with the new template its only picking up the first line item.
