Creating a new user problem

Hi,
We have just started to evaluate ZOHO.  We are a free user.

We want to add a second user.  This fails because we cannot populate the 'Role' field, because the role lookup does not work. Perhaps this is because we have not created any Roles.

We cannot find anywhere to create a role.  Where does a Free user go to create a role, so we can create a second user?
