I'm trying to create a percentage report to compare a subset of textual string containing values which were imported from a Desk ticket table. I can't find the proper syntax which allows the selection of specific values from this column. I want to compare the count of this subset of values to the count of another subset from the same column. Could you please help me out about this issue.
