I have been able to create a record in zoho crm contacts module (although it took a while to go across and I ended up making 3 duplicates)

but when I try the same for events or tasks it doesnt seem to work

I am using the call function with Zoho intergration

what are the key fields I need to enter to make the task or event appear in my feeds/calendar?

is there a help document that deals specifically with adding tasks or events - the only one I can find is about adding leads
