New to Zoho here trying it out to see if it will work for us.
We have 22k email/phone number list
We want to put those into zoho, and create funnels based on if they have replied to our phone calls or emails or if they have received samples or not. Import as leads to start, right? I noticed they forced me to name a company for a lead, thats not gonna work because all of these people are independent contractors.
How do i make the funnel for each step? Thanks
