Creating a Task and relating it to a Lead, has so far, left me empty handed, until NOW!

I've read that this isn't doable here on the forum, however in watching the video below (I've also attached a screenshot of the part of the video in question) I've discovered that this guy, did in fact, associate a Lead to a Task!

How is this done?
