Creating a task for a consultant not in zoho
As an architect, I often need to prepare drawings or documents for other consultants to then do their work. While they are working, our team is waiting for them, but their lead time is an important item in the schedule to see. I would like to be able to schedule this into the project as an item we are waiting for without needing to invite that consultant to zoho projects. Then the item shows up in the calendar and on the gantt chart and we can add dependencies to it. What's the best way to do this?
