Creating a task when an email is sent to check outstanding replies.

I have been trying to figure out the best way of easily monitoring outstanding email requests.

I might have to email a client to request some extra information or send contracts to a supplier and ask when they have been accepted.

Now what I would like is a task automatically generated so I can see requests that have been sent but not answered, of course this is not for every email so it is a parameter when sending the email.

I know I could set up a task after I have sent the email but the weakness there is you could forget.

Likewise if it is set up when the email is sent, it could also be closed automatically when the email is answered if you are using mail ad on.

If anyone has another more obvious solution I would appreciate it.
