Creating a workflow for automated follow up after X days
Dear Zoho Support Forum,
I am a Professional plan customer.
I am trying to create a workflow which should trigger an email X days (5 in this case) after lead creation in the event that a custom field (Response?) is not selected.
It looks like this:
The automation / workflowI accidentally deleted the test workflow I tried to create using my own account, and the minimum post-creation time option is 1 day — so I will not know if this will run as expected until tomorrow.
I had read that date-based automations are only available in the Enterprise tier, but if I can use this feature without needing to upgrade again that would obviously be preferable.
