Apparently there is problems importing exported data.
The data is exported from Excel 2008 (Excel for Mac), and we are able to open the file in TextEdit, where the data is separated by ;
When we import the data, the first line containing the ID columns appears as a linkable field, for both Contact ID and Surname - which obviously is wrong. There are more than 13.000 records to import, so a manuel process where these are created by hand is not an option.
How do we get this problem solved?
