We are a company focused on export of fresh produce. Our clients needs to get their document around 7-10 days before ETA date.

Now i have created a new field (date) in the Sales Order form but yet , i couldnt generate an automated task for myself not to forget to send the documents and also an email template to my customers on ETA date to collect their shippment.

The Task that i would like for myself is like;

"Reminder: Send Documents" and the rule should be "ETA -(minus) 10 days" for each and every sales order created.

The Email that i would like my customers to receive for each and every created sales order for their company;

"EmailTemplate" to be sent 3 days before "ETA Date"

I have created the email template and all but i'm not good with created a workflow.
