At our website, we have a form that provides leads to our CRM. Today I tried to create an autoresponse mail for our new leads that are created by this form. But when I tested the autoresponse mail by importing leads via the website form with several email-accounts (zoho, outlook, gmail), all of them became leads, but none of them received the autoresponse-mail (not even in the spam box). I'm talking about the autoresponser that can be created in the 'website integration' section.
Can anyone explain what i'm doing wrong here?
PS: (I am aware of the possibility to create an auto reply in the lead-section, but that can only be given a recurrence by daily basis, I want my leads to get an email immediately.)
