creating an opportunity automatically when a contact is added

I'm in a B2C setting. everytime a form is filled in my website I'd like to create a contact and an opportunity. I found how can I create a contact when a form is filled out but I couldn't figure out how to automatically create an opportunity with workflow automation. how would you do it?
