Hi there! I have an issue I'm trying to resolve and don't seem to be getting anywhere.

I've had a domain linked to Zoho for my email since 2020. (WrittenbyAnnette) I'm branching out to get into voiceover work, and need an email for that, but didn't want to have to log in and out of different accounts. I upgraded my free email to a paid plan, and added my new domain (VoiceoverbyAnnette) and got it all verified and linked properly in the DNS settings.

I just purchased the domain and had no email associated with it at all. Fresh from the box, so to speak.

Now I want to create an email for Voiceover, and I guess link it to Written so I can access all emails from both, but am not seeing how to do that. Everything I see about creating an alias seems to be under the assumption that there's already an email created, and that's not the case here.

I don't want to mess around with settings and possibly screw up my Written account, because that's my primary email for everything.

I've looked through the help links I could find but didn't find what I was looking for.
