Hi everyone! I've been using Zoho reports for a few weeks now and I feel like I have encountered something that is not yet supported. Please let me try to explain.
We are currently building an automated reporting system which reports on lead time/turnaround time. Doing so, we have created several ‘custom formula’ columns which use the 'datediff' function. We created pivot tables (all quite simple). We want to automatically divide the table into 'acceptable', 'marginally inacceptable' and 'inacceptable’ values.
The problem: all values below 2 are defined as 'in time'. All values between 2 and 6 are 'marginally late'. All values over 6 are 'late'. I have tried to use the 'custom range interval' for this. Only problem is that I can use only one (custom) range size for the whole table. As you will notice our defined ranges vary in size. We would like to be able to set different size of custom ranges within one table. Would that be possible in any way with Zoho reports? I manually made an example of our perfect table in Excel.
Second question: would it be possible to give a range a name (in this example -6 to 2 would be named 'In time')?
Response would be greatly appreciated!
