Can someone explain me how I should create a custom report to see the activity of our salespeople in a day. Let me explain what kind of reports I would like. 

 - first: is it possible to have a report with leads, accounts and contacts ... "merging" some fileds (for the moment, if I run a report with a column for the lead's company and another column for the contact company is uses 2 columns ... I would like only 1 ...

 - second: is it possible to create a custom report showing all the activity of the day on a lead (converted or not) like : "lead input, call logged, activity logged, reminder added" ?
