I would like to create the following dashboard views:

I want to create a dashboard view where it shows the number of ALL activities scheduled in each stage of the deal pipeline for the next 30 days of when the report is run. 

I want to create a dashboard view where it shows the number of ALL activities completed in each stage of the deal pipeline for the PAST 30 days of when the report is run. 

A dashboard view of total number of DEALS moved into each stage-  this is two views on weekly - last 7 days & the monthly Last 30 days.
