We are looking to use date-driven Alerts &/or Workflow on a recurring basis.  For example, we would like to have a Workflow &/or Alert trigger annually, based on the Employee's Start Date.  This may be done for purposes of reminding/scheduling the need to perform the Employee's annual performance review, or it may be done to recognize the employee's anniversary date.  Another example would be a trigger off of the employee's birthday, for Employee Recognition program (wishing them happy birthday).

I cannot seem to locate this functionality.  Please advise.  Thank you.
