Creating Email template that attaches file uploaded in specific field.
If there's a way to do this using Zoho CRM's built-in features, then this has eluded me!
I'm looking to create a workflow that automatically sends an email upon execution, and that email includes an attachment uploaded in a specific field.
Email templates have proven really useful to us, but it seems we can't find an easy way to support record-specific attachments - the only "attachments" option seems to be a universal one.
E.g. I have a module called "Clients" that stores info on each client. There's a field called "Client Transcript" where we upload a .pdf or .jpg of a transcript belonging that client. When our workflow triggers, we want an email template send out that fetches whatever PDF or JPG file was uploaded into this specific "Client Transcript" field.
