Creating Hidden Fields in Zoho CRM
In using Zoho CRM, I have found that I can create custom fields in any module without any issue. From there, I can map dependencies between them so that certain parts of a pick list only appear when the associated parent selection is made.
This is a good start but what I would really like is for fields to be hidden based upon conditional parent fields. Currently I can make specific values in a field hidden, but I cannot make the field itself hidden. What this means is that I have not found a way to have a field (such as a checkbox) appear ONLY when a specific value is chosen.
I have tried removing a field in the layouts to hide it, but that simply overrides everything and regardless of the parent selection made, the field does not appear. Is there any way to make hidden conditional fields in the modules in Zoho CRM as I've described?
