Creating invoice based on timesheet

Hi, i'm trying to create invoice based on my time tracked via Zoho Project. I'm trying to figure out why Zoho Books keep rounding the number to the closest hour whatever the option I choose for rounding. It's also mark all hours as "invoiced". 

The projects invoice method is "Based on project hours" (i tried user and few things but probably not all. 

The issue I have with this is that a good portion of the time isn't getting invoiced.
Ex. I got 35:20 hours on a project. The invoice is created with 35 hours and the 20 minutes is marked as invoiced but it's actually never get invoiced. 
If I use detailled per time entries, I got severals entries at 0$. 

Is there something that block "partial unit" in quantity or something ?! For now, I would just loss hours on my invoices and the point is to avoid going back in every sheet to manually adjust the invoices... You know, save time...
